ADHD Assessment for Children, Adolescents & Teens
Meet Dr. Faraha
Beginning January 2027, Dr. Faraha Hasan will offer comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents ages 7+ with a focus on ADHD. Assessments include consideration of other factors that may be contributing to a child or teen’s experiences, so families can leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and what may help.
What are the steps to an assessment?

1: Questionnaires and Intake Forms
We’ll have you provide us with information about your history, experiences, and symptoms.

2: Intake Appointment
A 3-hour virtual appointment to gather more information. We’ll discuss your medical, mental heath, family, school, work, and social histories.

3: Testing Appointment
A 4-hour in-person appointment with activities to understand your brain’s strengths and struggles.

4. Additional Perspectives
Calls with people who knew you well as a child and as an adult can add valuable perspective.

5. Feedback Session
An hour-long virtual appointment to review your results and any diagnosis & recommendations. You’ll get a finalized report afterwards.
How much does an assessment cost?
Assessments can vary in cost depending on whether we are in-network with your insurance, and what your health insurance plan covers. There is a refundable $500 testing deposit due when an intake appointment is scheduled. We bill $200 per hour, and typically charge up to $3600.
