Assessment Finances
Wondering if you can afford an assessment? Here are the numbers.
Each hour of assessment is charged at $200 per hour. Most comprehensive assessments take between 12 and 16 hours of work. That totals between $2,400 and $3,200 total for an assessment.
At the start of the assessment process, a $500 deposit is paid. This covers any no-show or late cancel/reschedule fees, and otherwise is considered credit towards your total balance.

This is a calculator spreadsheet for estimating your out-of-pocket costs for an assessment. In the orange boxes, input your remaining deductible and copay or co-insurance. At the bottom, you’ll see an estimate of your cost.
Please note that this estimate doesn’t take into account any insurance-negotiated rates. This is also an estimate-only, and not a guarantee of costs.
