Who We Are:

We are clinicians who put you, the client, at the center.
We believe that you can’t have it all, and that’s a good thing. You’ve been trying to take care of everything and getting stuck pursuing more without getting to enjoy it.
We’re on a mission to help people see more possibilities— within relationship dynamics, workplace culture, or internal dialogue.

Together, we can do that by trying something different.

Your history, patterns, thought processes, and feelings will all inform us as to what your “different” looks like.

Our Values, Explained:

Connection to the present

Get in touch with your internal experience, who “you” are, and what makes you yourself. With a strong foundation in yourself, unlock genuine relationships with others.

Compassion for the past

Kindness for not only others, but yourself. Understand your context— how you got here is not a hindrance, or irrelevant. But it doesn’t have to keep you trapped either.

Change for the future

Change is hard, and you’ve already been trying. We’ll build your understanding of what’s important to you and try strategies that fit how you operate.
